Meat Church Holy Gospel BBQ Rub

The Holy Gospel BBQ Rub is made out of the greatest parts of Holy Cow and The Gospel, but it’s not a 50-50 mix. It required a lot of trial and error to get it perfect. We witnessed a lot of people mixing two rubs together, and we responded to customer comments that Holy Cow had too much black pepper punch or that Gospel needed a bit more. In any event, this rub is fantastic on ribs, chicken, and beef!
