Introduction to Advanced BBQ Techniques Part 2 – May 14 2022

Have you been to our classic Introduction to Advanced BBQ Techniques already?  This class will show you a bunch of new things to try including hands on training on how to breakdown a pork shoulder for smoking.  We also will be doing brisket, steak and chicken in different ways.  Lots to learn and of course lots of awesome food to try.
