Honey granules provide the proper amount of sweetness to the smokey bacon taste, and Huy Fong’s trademark sriracha sauce adds a tangy spice that makes this flavour combination absolutely addictive. Top a french dip with a spoonful of mayo. For a new favourite midweek dish, sprinkle some over a pork tenderloin before grilling.
