WAGYU CLASS – Mar 20 2025 6-10PM

In this class we tackle the highest grades of beef.  We will be exploring a combination of Japanese Wagyu, American Wagyu and Alberta Wagyu. We are not 100% sure which cuts we will be able to get our hands on, but in the past we have cooked  including but not limited to Hanger Steaks, Bavettes, Skirt Steaks, Tritip, Ribeye, New York Striploin, Denver steaks and more.  This class is a guaranteed sell out every year and is therefore truly a once in a lifetime steak experience.  Our qualified pitmasters have competed in steak cookoffs across north America and even placed 3rdat the Canadian Steak Championships and helped represent Canada at the World Steak Championships.  Come learn how to cook the perfect steak, even if you are not cooking wagyu at home, we guarantee that the tips you will learn in this class will make it so you never screw up a steak cook again.  Our classes are licensed for alcohol, so with class purchase you will also get a couple of adult beverages and get a chance to eat all of the steak that we prepare.
