Yonedas Cure Curing Salt
Yonedas Cure can be used for curing meat and sausage making. Cure a variety of meats liked Smoked Bacon, Corned Beef, Turkey, Jerky and more.
Proper dosing – Nitrates are toxic in high amounts, so to ensure food safety you must use the proper amount – 1oz of curing salt per 25lbs of meat. CAN NOT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR TABLE SALT. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN.
