INTRO 101 – ADVANCED BBQ

Since 2016 our competition BBQ team has been throwing down on the Alberta Cup BBQ circuit as well as taking on top pitmasters from across the United States and at the World BBQ Championships.
This class is a teaching and tasting experience where you’ll watch our pitmasters in action, learn their secrets, and get to eat delicious BBQ during the class. You’ll pick up invaluable tips and tricks from seasoned BBQ pros while enjoying a mouthwatering feast.
In this session, Ron, Brian, and Russ are gearing up for the American Royal World Series of BBQ in Kansas City, where they’ll be competing in the BBQ sides category. As a participant, you’ll get an exclusive chance to try, judge, and help refine the exact recipe we’ll be taking to the competition. You won’t just be watching history—you’ll be a part of making BBQ world championship history!
Our team will demonstrate how to prepare world champion pork ribs, competition chicken legs, perfectly trimmed, sliced brisket, reverse-seared steaks and one special side dish. These half-day classes run from 9am–1pm, and during that time you’ll enjoy all-you-can-eat BBQ, a couple of licensed beverages (if you’re over 18), and the company of people who love BBQ as much as you do.
This class requires no equipment or special tools—just bring your appetite, your curiosity, and maybe a notepad for your own BBQ adventures at home. Our #1 selling class has taught over 200 students and keeps people coming back because it’s that much fun.
