Simply Marvelous BBQ Peppered Cow

Created in 2010, this rub remained on Steph’s private shelf for two years as he used it to stealthily win the brisket category at several BBQ contests. Following his competition success, and with clear approval from the judges, Peppered Cow was officially released in 2012. Not just for use in competition, this home-cook friendly rub is a wonderful fusion of peppers and spices that takes beef to the next level and works equally well on poultry, pork, and vegetable applications.
