Wood Fired pizza has been all the rage since man invented fire or dough…There are more pizza places in my town than you can shake a stick at, so why is it that the best pizzas in town come off of my barbecue?
One of the reasons that barbecues break down is because people don’t clean them enough. What causes the bottom of your grill to rust out or your grates to fall apart is not age, it’s grime. A clean grill will outlast a dirty one by many years.
