This Chili is sometimes called “Over the top chili” but I like calling it underneath Chili because the focus here is this Chili, not the giant meat ball that is over the top. They will work together to become an amazing pot of some of the best, smokiest, crispy meaty chilis you’ve ever had. So whether you call it underneath or over the top, get your taste buds ready for a savoury explosion of flavour. Garlic bread is so 1990’s, I can’t believe you can still go to grocery stores and buy cheap garlic bread made fresh daily but nothing more than butter and garlic spread on a loaf of French bread. Don’t get me wrong, I like it, but it needs a refresh. Something more that will have you craving more than just butter and garlic. My wife’s grandma has been making her famous mustard bread for years and I am officially a convert. I’ll take mustard bread 10 times out of 10 instead of a bakery ready garlic bread any day of the week.

Mac and cheese on the smoker is one of my favorites sides to a barbecue meal, but so good in fact that it can also be served as a main course as well. In this recipe we call for a normal amount of cheese but if you choose to double the amount of cheese, please tag us using #youneedabbq because we want to see that! If you prefer Gluten Mac and Cheese, just use regular pasta noodles and regular flour, I promise it won’t change the flavour.
